System B193251 is a GoBOXX G2721.03 that shipped 12/30/2021. Drivers for the G2721.03 are a bit unusual as they were designed for a SCCM deployment server. These drivers have a specific installation procedure which I’ll list below.
The G2721.03 driver pack is large, so I’ve broken it into two parts. Using WeTransfer, I've uploaded the G2721.03 driver pack into two temporary download links:

Download and unzip ALL drivers to a common folder before proceeding.
When installing drivers, you’ll want to start with the Intel Smart Sound installer, INTEL SST. Inside the folder, you’ll need to install INFs manually. Begin by sorting files by TYPE and locate the file “DetectionDriverVerification.INF” as shown in the attached image (ATTACHED: intel smart sound install.png). Right-click the INF file and select INSTALL. When that is done, go down the list, right-click -> INSTALL on all the remaining INF files in this folder. Reboot when finished.
When this is done, browse the following driver folders and look for setup executable files inside: Audio, Serial IO, HID Filter, Feature Manager, and Chipset. Install each .EXE you can in each folder.
Next, go to Device Manager and locate the uninstalled devices (shows with bang in DevMgr). Double-click the device -> update driver -> Browse to the root-folder where you’ve downloaded and unzipped all the driver files as listed earlier in the walkthrough. The remainder of devices will update in this fashion. Update each item you can here until no more can be updated.
