Heās a reasonable end of roster player. I see him as more of an advanced second year player. Heās very young for a 3rd year. He has the athletic attributes and the previous coaching regime was bested only by Urban Meyer in ineptitude. I never understand signing a guy like Thielen into a room like that. He just blocks the young players from critical PT. I think Chark and Marshall have the best chance to lead this group. Thielen is toast.

āWR room too crowded?!?!?ā DJ Chark is at best a WR2, at worst out for the season by week 2. Adam Theilen is ancient; Mingo is a rookie. This room is WIDE open. The issue is Marshall just isnāt that good. He had every shot to earn a role behind Moore each of his first two years and barely saw the field.

This is my philosophy as well. He was super young coming into the league and the Rhule regime refused to give him a chance. Wilks and company started working him in more and he made some plays. There are definitely a lot of bodies in the wr room, but no one is a clear cut stud. I think heās the third option heading into the start of the season

If heās going to, this has to be the year. The dudeās had a couple years to learn the nuances of the NFL game, pick up the play book, and work on his craft so heād better establish rapport with Young fast.

I drafted him in one league and picked him gratis in another. Heās a hold, no one in any of my leagues believes the hype and at best youād get a future 3rd? The panthers wr room is shit. Theyāre throwing some things against the wall and hoping they stick so their mew shiny toy qb doesnāt get carrāed. thielen is over the hill, heās 32. Wouldnāt be surprised if he looks like raiders jordy Nelson (63-739-3) or worse as a 32 year old. Guys cashing a check to mentor and be a steady vet, not to catch the world on fire. Chark is never healthy and posted about the same line as TMJ last year. Mingo is the worst pick in the draft to me. Add in - they picked up hurst who is a competent but not target grabbing TE, and miles sanders who is also competent and not a receiving virtuoso. If he develops a good rapport with Bryce young, he could lead the team in receiving, though this is the only team you could probably say that about in the entire nfl.
