This kit includes the KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig, which you can use to sharpen everything from regular kitchen knives to outdoor knives, even lawnmower blades. In a nutshell, a very versatile jig. The kit also includes the KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Jig. The wider clamp stabilizes the long and flexible blades of filleting knives, for example. This gives you an even bevel and angle along the entire blade, even on knives with flexible blades that are otherwise difficult to sharpen uniformly. Also included is the SVM-00 Small Knife Holder to be used together with the KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig. These allow you to easily sharpen even your smallest knives.
