The DeWALT 4-1/2 to 5 Inch brushless cordless paddle switch angle grinder is run by a 20 Volt battery that delivers more power. Brushless motor produces an optimum power of 1500 Watts and an operating speed of 9000 RPM. Anti-rotation E-Clutch mechanism shuts down the motor as soon as a pinch/stall is detected. Kickback brake is engaged whenever a stall is sensed and the electronic brake engages with optimum force to stop the wheel, minimizes the movement of the grinder and shuts the grinder off. E-Switch protection technology ensures the trigger switch is cycled in case of an unwanted power outage. Chip pocket is compatible with Tool Connect™ chip that helps in connecting with Tool Connect™ site manager app that makes easier for asset management. Grinder comes with a side handle, Type 27 guard, wrench and an inner flange. Add power and runtime to your power tools with this 20V/60V MAX Starter Kit. It includes a 6.0Ah FLEXVOLT battery and our new 6 Amp charger. The DCB606 battery pack changes voltage when you change tools, powering a line of powerful 60V MAX tools, 120V MAX tools, and it is backwards compatible to existing 20V MAX tools and chargers to ensure you are getting the best power and runtime. The DCB1106 charger offers the most versatility for all of your charging needs with compatibility across our compact 12V MAX, 20V MAX, and heavy-duty FLEXVOLT battery range. The new Stage 1 and Stage 2 LED format communicates more about the state of charge of the batteries, keeping you in the know.
