Remember, you only need 3-5 swipes, and massage it in. We suggest a subscription interval of every 4-6 weeks. Directions Coconut oil melts at temperatures above 72 degrees and becomes harder at temperatures below 72 degrees. If you stick feels "firm" or leaves clumps, it may be a little "cool". To warm your stick, simply hold your stick against your armpit for 5 seconds before applying.
