Next, an intro to hot sauce: refrigerated vs. fermented vs. shelf-stable. Finally a recipe demo, using the straight-from-her-farm organic peppers that come with the class, including rare beauties like the Sugar Rush Stripey (that looks amazingly like bacon) and a colorful take on the diabolical Carolina Reaper?a.k.a., the world?s hottest pepper. ?People are always amazed at how different peppers taste fresh off the plant,?
