This 30,000 lb. Modular Aluminum Yard Ramp System is a compact yet heavy duty solution for accessing box trucks for loading and unloading. It sets up with two people in less than 15 minutes without any tools, and is suitable for outdoor or indoor use. Since it's modular, it can be used in different length configurations from 8' to 22' 6" L. Manufactured from aluminum, it ships economically on one pallet via common carrier and is so compact, the entire system will fit in a pickup truck bed or a 4x8 trailer. The 4" high rail guards are integrated into the ramp for added safety and maximum structural support. This system accommodates docks, trailers or trucks from 15" to 48" H, with the ability to level off when the height adjustable ramp stands are set 38" to 48" H. The modular design consists of six ramps and two adjustable height support stands. The upper ramps feature a plate end for a smooth ramp to truck transition, the center ramps have pin ends that secure to the stands, and the lower ramps terminate in a knife foot for a smooth ground to ramp transition.
