The 200º of rotation allows you to position your scooter or powerchair on the sidewalk next to your vehicle and the offset arm provides clearance around a vehicle opening. What You Need to Know When OrderingUnits which bolt to floor or are wired to your vehicle’s battery can be challenging to install for those not mechanically inclined.
