Sometimes barbecuing can be messy, but smoky drippings and hard-to-clean surfaces don't need to wreck your next-gen gas grill. This Weber Summit brings the clean look of stainless steel and the ease of natural gas cooking to your home. Whether you've been creating fork-tender ribs for decades or you're just learning the basics of barbecuing, any soon-to-be grill master needs the right tools for the job (and not just utensils like spatulas and tongs). The masterminds behind Weber grills know that, and they've been improving on their original charcoal kettle design since their first invention over sixty years ago. These days, barbecues like the Summit might seem like a far cry from that kettle-shaped grill, but they strive for the same thing: high-quality covered cooking.

Tip back the shining silver lid to reveal the grill's six powerful stainless steel burners, smoker box, and spit fork rotisserie. While some grilling enthusiasts assert that you can cook nearly anything on an outdoor grill if you try hard enough, the Summit makes it a whole lot easier with some of these add-ons. Six burners help to ensure every inch of your barbecue is heated evenly and properly, with some smoking burners staying low and slow at 6,800 BTU and others ready to scorch at 60,000 BTU. Throw your favorite smoker wood in the stainless steel smoker box to infuse your meats with flavors like apple, mesquite, and hickory wood for undeniable flavor, then finish with high heat for that perfect bite.
Finally, the rotisserie—often seen in supermarkets and restaurants, rarely in the home outdoor grill. The rotisserie burner cooks at 10,600 BTU, helping to baste birds and roasts alike in their own succulent juices. The infrared rear-mounted motor will even keep your meats (or veggies) spinning and crisping as you cook other foods on the barbecue. Multitask your way to a complete meal for the family, or enough food for the block party.
Unlike any charcoal barbecue or portable version, the built-in Summit S-660 is designed to be set into an outdoor countertop or island. That makes this Weber grill the perfect foundation for any starter outdoor kitchen, and the built-in construction adds a set-in style that's hard to find. That being said, the barbecue and island are sold separately, and grillers should consider the device's permanence before installation. Unlike a freestanding Weber grill, these can't be moved once installed (at least, not without significant effort). All grills come with the lower storage cabinets installed. This Weber Summit doesn't need replacement propane tanks either, thanks to its natural gas fueling system. But there's a catch: you'll need to install a natural gas line running from your home out to the yard. If a gas line is already installed, you're in luck. Set up will be as simple as hooking up your device and turning on the grill. Otherwise, you'll need to contact your natural gas provider to set up an outdoor gas line.
