Stainless Steel Takes the Stage: The Napoleon Prestige
When barbecuing over open flame, there's always going to be a little mess involved. Your foods could be smothered in sauces, sizzling in fats, or cooking off water—and there's no way that all of that stays above the grill grates. Falling fats and drippings won't cause flare-ups with the Napoleon Prestige, though. Each burner is protected by sear plates that cover direct flame and send any grease down towards the drip tray below. These sear plates provide a buffer between high-heat burners and your gourmet foods, meaning they take a lot of abuse every time you turn on the BBQ. Thankfully they're easy to replace and covered by a 15-year warranty. The warranty is "bumper to bumper", covering every aspect of your liquid propane barbecue down to the smallest part.
Safety First
It can be hard to feel completely safe around large appliances that function with heat and gas (especially with young kids around). Instead of running back and forth to check that the propane is completely off, use Napoleon Prestige's built-in safety lights. The Night Light grilling knobs are equipped with SafetyGlow technology, meaning they're designed to illuminate and change colors when turned on, using gas, and switched off.
