The 266 square inches of cooking space is made up of half-circle grates, which hover over a grease tray to catch all the fat and drippings during the cooking process, funneling them into a drip bucket.The Kamado Joe Pellet Joe can reach temperatures up to 600°, which is higher than most competitors' wood pellet grills. Because the Kamado Joe is quite compact, these temperatures are also more evenly distributed. In order to get your desired heat every time, this grill has two meat probes and one pit probe that work as thermostats, monitoring the temperature of your food and reporting it with WiFi control to the Kamado Joe app for you to track. Instead of guarding your grill all day, enjoy a cold beverage or watch the big game without worrying about your meat burning.
