Cassius Westa year agoHow do I fire a 79-year-old woman without feeling like a terrible person? So I run a gift shop with my brother in a very busy tourist area. One day we really needed help and an elderly lady happened to ask us for a job so we hired her. That was 2-years-a go and it has been a nightmare having her. She is extremely rude and always complaining about everything BUT neither one of us have the heart to fire her even tho she is the employee from hell. 01330
