Aubree Huanga year agoWhat things do I need to consider before giving my first employee a key to my retail store? I own a retail store and either my SO or I work there by ourselves each day. We just hired our first employee (YAY!) and the goal is to have her work one of the days by herself so my SO and I can finally have a day off together. She's been with us for a month and I am feeling ready to let her run shop on our slowest day of the week. The thing is-- I'm nervous! I'm pretty certain for operations she will be fine, I am just having trust issues.. worried about employee theft. She hasn't given me any reason to worry, it's just that we have multiple small higher-priced items that can easily be pocketed. Cash is also about 30% of the transactions. Is there anything I need to consider prior to giving her a key and leaving her alone? We do have cameras.. but there are blind spots unfortunately. What else? 0160
Aubree Huanga year agoLooking into Dropshipping. What are my options I dont want to hold inventory and the product is only on Alibaba and not Aliexpress? I have a product in mind on Alibaba but it is not on Aliexpress. I'm looking for options to have this product be shipped to potential customers without me needing to buy in bulk. What are my options for doing this? Do I have to contact the Alibaba Suppliers directly? 0160
