Declan Mcbridea year agoI want to start a brick and mortar Men's clothing store. Please... rip this idea to shreds. I'm a man, into mens clothes - but more traditional like barbour, brooks brokers, ralph lauren. Around me there aren't many options. However, I live near some of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the nation and I just don't understand why a solid, classy, mens clothing store wouldn't work. - there is one, long established, store that does well 30 min north from me, a Brooks Brothers, a Von Maur, and then a big city 45 min away. What would be my first step to determining feasibility here? 013380
Declan Mcbridea year agoDealing with staff calling in I run a small business and currently we have 3 full time staff, they’re all amazing staff that do a phenomenal job and the customers love them. But one of them calls in 2-3 times a month whether they’re sick, or theirs something going on with their kids. Which doesn’t seem like a lot, but it’s enough that the other staff are pissed off because then they’re stuck working short staffed. All 3 staff have made it clear that they need full time hours or they’re finding a different job, so I can’t hire another staff to better prepare for if someone needs to call in sick as then I’d have to give everyone less hours to compensate. What do I do in this situation? 01310
