Esme Middleton2 years agoMy city is very food truck friendly and I want to start a food truck. I want to start a food truck. I've recently discovered I have a passion for getting high and cooking. I want to serve a random assortment of dishes catered specifically to stoners. They're not going to be cheap because the ingredients are kind of expensive as portions are large. It will be items from spaghetti, meatloaf, pita wraps, nachos, fondue, sushi, burgers, etc. $20-30 dollars per meal. How good of an idea does this sound? It'll be so nice to not be tied down by my job's rigid schedule. I'm really excited. I will begin the planning stages now and plan to open shop 5 years from now. 87
