Elizabeth Thompson2 years ago Never do business with Volusion - If you are considering, which platform to use - CHOOSE SHOPIFY. I had a persistent sales person calling asking if I'd like to set up with Volusion. At a quick glance - Volusion seems like it may be a better deal - but LOOK CLOSER. You can't even get a support person on the phone with a basic plan WITHOUT A $25 CHARGE. On top of that - I opened an account - realized there are HARDLY ANY APPS for your store - and decided to cancel a day or two after purchasing a 3 month basic plan. I NEVER USED THE STORE - and after asking for a cancellation was told that's fine - BUT I WOULD NOT GET A REFUND. So, after being a customer for a few days - and never using the platform - they have decided they're going to keep my hard earned cash, and leave me with their terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor, CHOOSE SHOPIFY.594
