Lathan Malone2 years agoHow to organize a media business? My partners and I are all over the place with our media business. Plans to scale, business documents, expense sheets, accounts, sales, where to go next, communicating with social media managers, etc. There isn't a system and it's not organized. Someone's always asking what's happening. I don't want to spend time trying to figure out what the plan is or where to find something every time. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how they go about things with organization and running things professionally. Are there any systems or resources people follow?
