Daniela Clotildea month agoI'm a 20-year-old woman currently navigating a budding romance with a guy (22) from work. We've been talking for a while, and things have started to get more serious between us. While he’s incredibly sweet and we’ve enjoyed a few outings together, I’m beginning to have some reservations. I've always heard that dating a coworker can be complicated, and I can’t help but wonder if I should proceed with caution. One of my biggest concerns is how a potential relationship could affect our dynamic at work. What if things don’t work out? I definitely don’t want to create any awkwardness or let it interfere with my professional life. Although he seems like a great guy, I’ve never dated anyone from my workplace before, which makes me a bit anxious about mixing my personal and professional worlds. Additionally, I’m questioning whether my feelings are just a result of the excitement that comes with a new relationship or if it’s something worth pursuing more seriously. We get along well, but I can't shake the feeling that I might be rushing into things.138
