The Petit Family have been winemakers from father to son (and daughter) since 1890, always based in the beautiful terroir of Entre-deux-Mers. Jean-Dominique Petit, the winemaker, has over the years, expanded the family property, which today reaches 70 ha. All parcels are raised on well-reasoned farming methods, using 100% natural based fertilizers (bird’s guano, fowl’s guano and foliar fertilizer based on trace elements). In order to materialize those passed decades of sustainable commitment, they have decided to ask for a HEV (High Environmental Value) certification.Winemaker notes:Chateau Haut-Rieuflaget 2018 has dark red ruby reflections with wonderful aromas of black fruits.
