La Spirale Vineyard was planted 2005 in the Ribbon Ridge AVA with an elevation of 400-450 ft. La Spirale means the vortex; a symbol of life, creation, and the natural formative forces that guide the hands in the Bergstrom agricultural and winemaking pursuits at Bergström Wines. It is also the name of their newest estate vineyard on the Ribbon Ridge AVA, just a stone’s throw from our Le Pré du Col Vineyard and within eyesight of the winery on the Chehalem Mountains AVA.
