Nettle Meadow Kunik

Hailing from Nettle Meadow Farm in the Southern Adirondacks, Kunik is a triple crème crafted from goat's milk enriched with Jersey cow cream. Aged two to six weeks in the farm's subterranean cave, it begins tangy and buttery — like cold crème fraîche — then ripens into something more supple and assertive. Esquire called it "the sexiest cheese in the USA," and one taste explains why. A 2025 American Cheese Society first-place winner.
